01What cleaning services are available?

NorthSide Turnovers offers recurring, standard, deep, move-in and move-out, Airbnb turnover and post-construction cleaning across the GTA.

02What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning focuses on regularly used rooms and surfaces. Deep cleaning adds time for buildup, edges, baseboards and other detailed work agreed during quoting.

03Which recurring schedules are available?

Weekly, bi-weekly, every-three-weeks and monthly cleaning are available to request. The rooms, priorities and schedule are reviewed before recurring visits begin.

04Can I request move-in or move-out cleaning?

Yes. Move cleaning is intended for an empty or nearly empty home before a handoff, listing, new tenancy or your own arrival. Selected cupboard and appliance interiors can be included when quoted.

05Do you offer Airbnb turnover cleaning?

Yes. Turnover cleaning can follow a property-specific checklist, with the cleaning window planned around guest departure and arrival.

06Do you offer post-construction cleaning?

Yes. Post-construction cleaning focuses on fine dust and surface residue after renovation or construction work is complete. The request should reflect the project condition and whether trades have cleared the space.

07What details should I have ready?

Be ready to share your contact details, service address, property details, preferred cleaning service and frequency, preferred timing, access information and any priority areas.

08How is timing handled?

Share your preferred timing through the booking form. Availability and the appointment are confirmed separately.

09Which areas do you serve?

Current service areas include Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Aurora, Oakville and nearby GTA communities. Include your address in the booking form so coverage can be reviewed.

10Does submitting the form confirm my appointment?

No. Submitting the form provides the details needed to review your request. Availability, service details and the appointment are confirmed separately.
